Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the PRO INVENTOR desktop app and Pro Procurement LLC (“we”, “us”) collect, and why. PRO INVENTOR is designed to keep your business data on your own computer.
1. Data that stays on your computer
The consumption reports you open, the reorder plans the app creates, your settings, your report history and everything you type into the AI assistant are processed only on your PC. We do not receive, upload or store this data. The optional AI assistant runs locally through the Ollama app; your questions and data are not sent to any cloud AI service.
2. Data used for licensing
- Card subscriptions: payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email address, billing address and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email and order details, but never your full card number.
- Licence checks: to activate and re-check a subscription licence (about once a day), the app sends your licence key and a label for your computer (its name and Windows user name) to Lemon Squeezy’s licensing service. This lets you see and deactivate your activated computers.
- Bank-transfer licences: if you pay by bank transfer, we receive the details you send us: your name, company, email address, payment receipt and your PC’s Machine ID. The Machine ID is a code derived from your Windows installation; it does not reveal personal information.
3. What we do not collect
The app has no advertising, no analytics or tracking, and no telemetry. We do not sell or share your information with anyone except the payment and licensing provider described above.
4. How we use and keep information
We use licensing and contact information only to provide and renew your licence, send invoices and receipts, and answer support requests. We keep it for as long as you are a customer and afterwards only as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal record-keeping duties. We handle requests in line with applicable data-protection laws, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. To make a request, email info@pro-procurement.com.
6. Security
Licence information stored on your PC is protected with Windows’ built-in encryption where available. Connections to the licensing service use HTTPS.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
