Try before you buy

Every new installation of PRO INVENTOR includes a 14-day free trial with all features, so you can test it on your own reports before paying.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Lemon Squeezy order email (“Manage subscription”) or by emailing us. Your licence stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

First payment: if PRO INVENTOR does not work for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Renewals: renewal payments are not normally refundable, but if you forgot to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the renewal and we will review your request.
Bank-transfer licences: the same rules apply; refunds are paid back to the originating bank account.

When a refund is issued, the related licence key is deactivated.

How to request a refund

Email info@pro-procurement.com with your order number or licence ID. Card refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and usually reach your card within 5–10 business days.
